Blue, orange and golden yellow panels fit together like stained glass, each one outlined in black. Stained Glass Hello sets a raised bronze glyph in every panel, with a hand or sun shape waving from the center, all wrapped in a thick swirled brown border.

Black outlines around flat panes of color are a favorite Haitian device, and here they turn six little panels into one bright window. The heavy swirled border gives the piece real depth when you see it from the side.

This original was painted in Panama by Haitian artists. It has been carefully stored and is in very good condition.

It is hand painted on canvas and comes unframed, as a loose canvas, ready for the frame of your choice.

Founded in 1991, TraderBrock celebrates handmade art from Latin America and the people who make it. Haitian paintings have been part of our collection from the very start, and all profits go back into the indigenous artisan communities we work with in Panama.
