FAQs
Credit card payment upfront for new accounts. Established partners with a
consistent reorder history may request net-30 terms after their third
order.
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom assortments or pulls from
unlisted inventory may take up to 10 business days. We'll confirm timing
before processing.
Wholesale orders are final sale except for damages, which must be
reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace or credit
damaged items promptly.
We ask wholesale partners not to list TraderBrock products on Amazon,
eBay, or discount marketplaces. Your own website, physical store, and
curated platforms like Etsy are welcome.
Yes. Every mola is individually hand-stitched and every Haitian painting
is an original. We'll work with you on curated assortments so you can
order by theme, color palette, or size range rather than specific SKUs.
