One more bird showed up, so naturally the dancer kept going. Eight Bird Encore brings back the teardrop headed dancer, now in a skirt that is half golden yellow, with eight birds swooping across a sky that fades from burnt orange to green.

Repeating a favorite figure is common among Haitian painters, and each version has its own joyful twist. The golden skirt and fading sky make this one feel like a sunset show.

This original was painted in Panama by Haitian artists and is signed by the artist. It has been carefully stored and is in very good condition.

It is hand painted on canvas and comes unframed, as a loose canvas, ready for the frame of your choice.
